Andy

Andy got into fitness as many do, driven by aesthetics with a want to look more muscular and athletic. In this pursuit he realised how much he love chasing performance and building a functional physique. Andy started as a personal trainer in his early 20’s and in nearly a decade he has worked in some of London’s top boutique fitness spaces and worked online for some of the biggest brands in the world. Andy is forever inspired by triathletes, crossfitters, people that can turn their hand to multiple training styles and modalities, so his goal with his own training is just that: to be adaptive. Run FAST, move FREELY and lift HEAVY!’.

Andy’s goal is to always get the 100+ people he teaches every day to unlock something new in that session. Not every day is about PBs or lifting the heaviest, some days breaking through a mental barrier or learning something about your body is the goal. Andy’s bread and butter is Running training and S&C (strength and conditioning). Andy wants people to walk into any room and be able to keep up with the runners and lift along with the lifters. Call it Hybrid, call it Crossfit, call it whatever, he calls it Training for Life!’.

Faye

Faye’s fitness journey started around 20 years ago when she knew she had to make a positive change to her lifestyle. What inspires her the most is how movement has such a positive impact on her mental well-being as well as the physical. It makes her feel empowered and the skills she has learnt through fitness, Faye have transferred into other areas of my life, giving her a positive ‘I can’ attitude to life.  Faye loves what she does because prioritising her wellbeing makes her feel empowered and gives her energy to do life at the best of her ability. This makes her passionate about sharing this feeling with others and encouraging individuals to step in to their full potential.

Faye’s fitness concepts are F.I.T dance, F.I.T Box, Strength and Conditioning, Stretch and Mobility. Faye loves Animal Flow and she incorporates this in her teaching and training. Faye prioritises movement meditation and somatic practices too, she believe mindfulness is the anchor to connect to the body deeper. Faye’s mission is simple yet powerful: to make fitness fun, accessible, and a cornerstone for personal growth and happiness.

Katie

Katie was always involved in sports growing up, and in her 20s, she started training regularly in the gym. At first, it was a form of therapy – a space where she could escape, focus on herself, recharge, and build confidence. Becoming a mum at 27 was a turning point for Katie. Katie had gone from living the life as a party animal to breaking the pattern of her old self. SHe wanted to build a better relationship with herself and live in alignment to be the best version that she kept visioning. Katie’s goals shifted from just trying to look a certain way to becoming stronger – physically, mentally, and emotionally. Coming from an East Asian background, there was always a cultural pressure to be “slim” in order to be seen as “feminine”. But motherhood changed everything. It taught her to value strength, not just for herself but to set an example for her son.

Katie loves all types of training, but her speciality lies in strength and conditioning with a strong focus on lifting weights, HIIT and functional movement. Now in her mid-30s, Katie truly understand the importance of strength and conditioning, especially for women. Katie wants to be a voice and example for young children, women and even men of all ages to show them they are capable of more than they think, and that strength is beautiful as well as important.

Dean

While at university, Dean was spending all his spare time training and competing in karate, which led to him being selected for the British Squad. Eventually winning 3 world and 2 European golds, Dean appreciated the value of setting goals and committing to achieving them, plus the immense mental health benefits that come with physical exercise. Dean created group fitness programmes for a number of leading gym brands so although not delivered by him, his influence reaches every participant in every class, like throwing a stone in a still lake and watching the ripples spread. Dean truly appreciates anyone who overcomes barriers to take progressive steps on their personal fitness journey, no matter how small, he finds it motivating to see people move closer to the results they both desire and deserve.

Dean feels his super-power is versatility as he can teach functional fitness, dance based classes, combat workouts, fitness yoga, weight training, step aerobics and mindful sessions such as binaural beats and stretch therapy. As he is now a veteran of the industry, Dean begun to focus on longevity, specifically to tackle the loss of bone density, muscle mass, cognitive ability and co-ordination so he delivers workshops in strength training, balance, walking for health and even juggling. You can find Dean on the app teaching programs such as Silver Sessions & Rise. Dean’s mantra is ‘More People, More Active, More Often’ because there’s nothing better than helping others smash their goals and realise what they’re truly capable of.”

Pierre

Starting his fitness journey in Martial Arts, Pierre is a Black Belt Biologist turned Studio Choreographer who was headhunted by the renowned Third Space London to work with David Haye and Team GB athletes. As a celebrity trainer and international Fitness Presenter, Pierre quickly became a sought-after expert. After 12 years as Creative Director at GYMBOX, where he launched many well-known fitness concepts, Pierre moved on to the boutique gym market.

Now based in the North West of England, Pierre runs his own fitness studio and teaches at Aptitude Health, bringing expertise as a master trainer in Combat, Spin, Step, Studio Dance, and Studio Strength.
